What is the MOH Award Program?

The Merced Online-Hybrid Course Development Award program (MOH Award) is a program funded by UC’s Office of the President to help UCM faculty develop online and hybrid courses for our student population. UCOP has provided funding for resources, staffing and faculty time to participate in this program.

 

What direct support will faculty who participate receive?

Assistance with course design or re-design through:

• Pedagogical partnerships with CETL
• Instructional design support
• Video production support
• Course design support

How can faculty submit a proposal for this program?

MOH Award Proposal Submission - Proposals must be submitted by October 30, 2017

 

What resources are available for Instructors to learn more about MOH Awards?

An Open-house workshop will be held from 10:30 AM to noon, on Monday, October 16, 2017 in COB2 – 175 (the TEAL Lab)

 

What else should I know about the MOH Award Program?

Instructors who receive MOH Awards are required to conduct assessment/research related to the effectiveness of the delivery environment in enhancing active learning and student success. For more information please contact:
